What
credit cards do you accept?
The Candlestick accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express
and The Discover Card.
Is
this all the products you carry? Can I special order
items?
No - and - yes! The Candlestick carries thousands of items
not shown on our website. We will also place special orders
for colors, styles and sizes which are not carried in our
inventory. Returns or refunds are not available for special
ordered merchandise.
How
is my order shipped?
Your order is securely packed and shipped via UPS Standard
Ground Service. UPS 3 Day, 2-Day or Overnight Service is
available at the applicable rate if you would like your
order expedited, or if you have a last minute purchase. All
UPS orders are insured for a minimum of $100. If your order
arrives damaged, save the packaging and call us immediately
at 1-800-972-6777. UPS will make arrangements to pick-up the
damaged merchandise and we will quickly replace your order!
Orders to Canada and other international destinations will
be shipped via United States Postal Service at the
applicable rates.
Is
my order secure?
You can
rest assured that your online order is secure. Our site is
hosted on a secure server that uses SSL (secure socket
layer) to digitally encrypt all information you submit. You
are more at risk of someone stealing your credit card number
from a discarded receipt than from the internet.
Do
you have a guarantee?
We want you to be happy with your candle order. All of our
merchandise is of the very best quality and is guaranteed.
Candles that have been lit cannot be returned.
